Why were ParkAtlanta officials' tickets dismissed?

There is new information on the FOX 5 I-Team investigation into ParkAtlanta dismissed tickets.

City records show some city officials had parking tickets dismissed in court, but Senior FOX 5 I-Team reporter Dale Russell says those tickets never got to court.
