The Great Foodini's garlic knots

Frozen bread dough
fresh pressed garlic
melted butter
poppy seed or sesame seed

Let dough rise for two hours or about halfway.  Melt butter and stir in fresh garlic, I use 2 cloves for every half stick of butter.  Set aside butter mixture.  Press dough down and cut into 10 or 12 long breadstick sized pieces.  Brush with butter/garlic – lift ends, twist into knot and place on baking sheet.  Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until golden.
