Knowledge and Skills:

• Remodeling experience

• General Contracting

• Client Management

• Sales experience a plus

• Building codes, zoning, and policies relating to residential construction and Real Estate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing minor construction and maintenance projects

• Assisting with and observing management of major projects

• Track project processes- specification documents, permit procurement, punch lists, and change orders

• Monitoring subcontractors during all phases of various projects

• Proposals, estimating and bidding

Requirements:

• Organized and detailed oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team oriented, but also works well independently

• Valid driver's license

• Vehicle with state required insurance
