Donna Richardson Joyner discusses new book, 'Witness to Fitness'

Fitness and lifestyle expert Donna Richardson Joyner stopped by Good Day Atlanta on Friday to discuss her new book, Witness to Fitness.
The book provides a 28 day plan that combines faith, food and fitness to live the good life! The book can be ordered here.
She says to get on the right path to healthy living, you must transform your mind, move your body and spirit, and provide your body with the right foods.
