Delicious and healthy banana split ice cream, kid tested

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -
Ingredients
1 medium sized banana 6 ounces of low fat vanilla or strawberry Greek yogurt, whisked well 1 Tbsp. of raisins 1 Tbsp. Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus 2 Tbsp. sugar free chocolate syrup
Preperation
In an elongated bowl or plate, split banana length-wise down the middle. Top with low fat vanilla or strawberry yogurt, sprinkle raisins and Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus on yogurt and top with chocolate syrup.
Note: Whole grain, low sugar cornflakes can also be used instead of Special K
