Steak Sauce

1 Quart Gal Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Chili Powder
1/4 cup Table ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Granulated Garlic
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4cup Worcestershire Sauce

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well and rest at a cool place for ½ hour before serving


1 bunch Parsley leaves finely chopped
1 bunch cilantro leaves finely chopped
3 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Put the Parsley, Cilantro, Capers and Garlic in a medium mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add the Vinegar, Salt, red and black Pepper and stir. Pour in the olive oil and mix until well combined. Let sit for 30 minutes so that the flavors blend, Blend for 20 seconds

Sundried Tomato Mayo

1 cup Mayo
1 cup Sundried Tomato
2 Table Spoon fresh Lemon Juice
½ Tea Spoon Curry Powder
salt and pepper

Blend in Blender till smooth, chill for 20 Minutes and serve
