Stockbridge City Council votes to oust mayor

The mayor of Stockbridge has already filed an appeal after the City Council voted to oust him from office on Monday.

The Council hired an investigator to look into more than 20 accusations from residents and city workers related to Mayor Lee Stuart's conduct in office.

They included creating a hostile work environment and disclosing sensitive information.

Monday's meeting looked into seven specific allegations.

The Council then voted 4-1 to remove him from office.
