Official: AT&T cellular service restored in SE Michigan

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- AT&T Officials confirm to FOX 2 that earlier cellular service outages in southeastern Michigan have been restored.
"AT&T customers in Metro Detroit, and those located in Monroe, Washtenaw, Genesee, Livingston, St. Clair, Lapeer counties, may have experienced temporary loss of wireless service earlier today," said Jermaine Spite, Sr. Public Relations Manager. "The issue, which did not affect texting or data services, has been resolved and calls are processing normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
