Mike Tyson's Broadway show coming to Chicago

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Mike Tyson was the baddest man in the ring for years and his behavior outside the ropes was pretty bad too at times.

From raping a woman and serving time to biting the ear off of his opponent - Evander Holyfield - and other high crimes and misdemeanors, there was no greater public figure in American pop culture than Iron Mike.

People either loved him or hated him and he made no apologies.

Well that was then and this is now and Tyson has a new wife and seemingly new life and he's been doing some work in Hollywood between TV shows and movies and now he's going to the theater, launching a 10-week national tour which begins in February.

It's said to be an a behind the scenes tell all and how he has found the path to redemption.

Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth runs here in Chicago from Feb. 15 to Feb. 17. It's produced by Spike Lee.

It had a short run on Broadway to mixed reviews.
