Holiday display causes upset for not having nativity scene

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
The village of Arlington Heights is caught up in a controversy over the lack of a nativity scene at its annual holiday display.
The display draws thousands of people each year and some residents are upset that it has dreidels, but doesn't include a nativity scene to reflect Christmas.
One group requested permission to place a privately funded nativity scene at the festival but was denied.
