Toni Preckwinkle`s son to stand trial for misdemeanor battery

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The son of Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle will stand trial in February for kicking and punching a man back.

The incident took place in March of this year.

Kyle Preckwinkle appeared before a judge Monday, where the misdemeanor charges were read.

The judge set the trial date for Feb. 28.
