ATLANTA -

Many people deal with stress on the job, but for Sarah Hash, the stakes couldn't be higher.  The Children's Healthcare of Atlanta nurse takes care of some of the tiniest, sickest babies in the state, and every day their lives hang in the balance.

When you go inside the neonatal intensive care unit, the first thing that hits you is how quiet and dark it is.  Nash usually takes care of just one baby per shift.  Right now, that preemie is Dylan Seals, a 3-and-a-half pound baby with a full head of black hair, and a family who is fighting hard fo him.
