Salon Strands & Trends is currently recruiting an inspired full-time stylist/colorist to join our team.

Strands & Trends Hair Salon is located in the heart of Lakeview business district. On one of the busiest corners of Belmont and Clark., ensuring a high volume of foot traffic. We are a mid-priced neighborhood salon that is open 7 days per week. We are utilizing the most advanced software programs and equipment used in the industry. We are committed to ongoing education which is fundamental to maintain high standards for the success of our business and for the individual career fulfillment of our team members.

Products we work with Wella, Sebastian, Global Keratin, Moroccan Oil, American Crew, and Nioxin

Qualifications:

We are seeking a person who is committed to education and bringing new trends back to their clients. Must be a team player.

WELLA color experience is preferable

Established hairstylist/colorist is preferable

Illinois Licensed stylist with 3 or more years experience a must

Must pass technical interview

Stylist must be up-to-date with current trends.

Continued Education, Passion, and Creativity

Available and flexible to work a 5 day work week

Candidate must poses a strong work ethics

Must uphold our mission, vision, and core values.

Benefits:

Commission rate depending on your experience and skills with guaranteed wage while building clientele

Stylist with clientele may qualify for signing Bonus
