People with insomnia may have higher risk of heart attack

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

People with insomnia may have a higher risk of heart attack or stroke.

Taiwanese researchers say that's compared to people who get a normal amount of sleep.

They followed about 11,000 people with insomnia for four years. The study, however, did not prove that lack of sleep caused heart attacks or strokes.
