CustomUSB is a growing hi-tech products manufacturer located in Northbook IL. As an Account Representative you will be responsible for working with existing and new clients on product development and marketing projects involving USB drives and other portable memory storage devices. You will maintain positive on-going client relationships to meet evolving customer needs. You will focus on responding to quote requests (RFPs), developing proposals for presentations to customers, helping customers with marketing campaigns as well as the development of custom products.
Job Requirements
- Respond to incoming quote requests
- Build rapport with customers through phone and email follow up (no cold calling)
- Assist with pricing and project management
- Monitor production scheduling and provide updates to clients
- Manage on-going relationships
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good general knowledge of the internet and E-commerce business practices and functions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech heavy environment
- Bachelor degree is preferred
