Wounded Warriors gives vets sideline views at Soldier Field

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A few special fans had the best seats in the house Monday night at Soldier Field.

It started as just an idea for St. Charles native Matt Steichen wanted to visit all 32 stadiums in the same 17 week football season with his dad.

But, Matt decided it shouldn't be all about him, so he created the website "All 32 in 17" and partnered with the Wounded Warriors to let some real heroes experience the sidelines of an NFL game.

"It's nice to know that you have civilians that will just give their time, their money, their weekends, their everything for people like us," said Dave Jelinek.
