A man was shot in the abdomen area in a Woodlawn barbershop Friday night on the South Side.
The 25-year-old man was shot when a gunman entered the front door of Larro's Barbershop on the 200 block of East 69th Place at 8:06 p.m., said police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala, citing preliminary information.
The man was taken in serious condition to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, Zala said.
Police have made no arrests as Area Central detectives investigate.
