Aurora man charged with sexually abusing teen girls

YORKVILLE, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A west suburban man was charged Monday with sexually abusing two teenage girls.

On July 19, the Kendall County Sheriff's office received a report of two girls, ages 15 and 16, being sexually abused in a home in the 0-20 block of Curtmar Court in Montgomery, according to a release from the sheriff's office.

After an einvestigation, the sheriff's office issued a warrant on Oct. 12 for Jacob P. Edgers, 21, of the 2000 block of Dunhill Lane in Aurora, the release said.

Edgers faces seven counts of aggravated criminal abuse and eight counts of child pornography, all felonies, the release said.

He was arrested Oct. 15 at his home and is being held on a $200,000 bond.
