Chicago Apartment Solutions is an established Illinois licensed professional Chicago apartment locating service. We service most neighborhoods on the north side of the city as well as neighborhoods downtown and close to the loop. Open since 2005, CAS has been successful in helping thousands of people find the perfect place to call home. CAS continues to grow year after year and is currently looking for new agents to help our growing number of customers!
What we are looking for
Chicago Apartment Solutions is looking for hardworking and dedicated leasing agents to show some of Chicago's finest apartments. Some of the qualifications we are looking for include:
A personable and friendly demeanor
An independent and focused work ethic
Candidates must have an insured vehicle and cell phone
Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
A high school degree or GED equivalent
Must be willing to obtain a state leasing license within 120 days or have a valid leasing or Real Estate License currently
What we offer
Whether you have experience in real estate or just getting started, our staff is there step by step to help you in becoming a successful leasing agent. Besides providing a professional and fun work environment, CAS:
Pays out generous commission splits and Bonuses. Don't be fooled by un established Brokers that don't have an office, require you to work from home, don't offer ongoing training or sales support. If it seems to good to be true, it is!
Has a sales support team that combs Chicago for the best new listings and leads.
Does not require agents to lease apartments AND obtain listings. Don't do two jobs at once! Our sales support team provides plenty of new listings daily. As a CAS Leasing Agent, you will be asked to do just that, lease apartments.
Offers the most technologically advanced database and customer resource tools in the industry.
Provides the most leads per agent in the industry. Don't fight over leads with 100 other agents. We provide new furnished leads daily, no cold calling!
