Much colder weather arrives Friday with temperatures running 12-15 degrees below normal. There is a chance of late afternoon light showers.
It gets even colder this weekend with partly cloudy skies and highs in the lower 50s and nights in the mid 30s.
Friday: Partly sunny and chilly. Chance of showers south of Chicago. Highs: 52-57 Lows: 35-40
Saturday: Partly sunny and continued chilly. Chance of showers in NW Indiana. Highs: 50-55 Lows: 30-35
Sunday: Mostly sunny and continued chilly. Highs: 51-56 Lows: 32-37
Monday: Mostly sunny and warmer. Highs: 58-63 Lows: 40-45
Tuesday: Partly sunny and warmer. Highs: 60-65 Lows: 42-47
Wednesday: Partly sunny with a chance of showers. Highs: 58-63 Lows: 38-43
Thursday: Mostly sunny and much cooler. Highs: 53-58 Lows: 35-40
