Jackson Jr. DC home listing removed from public view

Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The listing for Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr's home in Washington, D.C. has been removed from public view.

It comes just days after aides said the Jackson's were selling it for $2.5 million to help pay medical bills.

Sources say the listing is being made private for safety and security concerns.

Earlier this month, the Mayo Clinic released Jackson after treatment for bipolar depression.

Speculation still remains if Jackson will stay in his post in congress representing Illinois' 2nd district.
