BERKLEY, Mich. (MyFox Detroit) -

The Fourth Annual Meet Michigan event is taking place this weekend at Westborn Market in Berkley. It's great opportunity to sample several Michigan made products.

"On Saturday, we (will) have more than 50 Michigan companies out at our store. We've put a big tent in the parking lot, and they're sampling all their great, Michigan made products," said Bryan Bandyk, marketing director for Westborn Market.

"On Sunday, I have more than 60 Michigan vendors coming out sampling their products."

"That's all free. Try their product. Please purchase it. Support these guys, support these ladies that developed these wonderful products."

There will also be fun things for kids to do. Bandyk said there will be a Kids Zone both days featuring activities such as pumpkin painting. There will also be a petting zoo on Sunday from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Bandyk also told us a local entertainer will be singing and playing acoustic style music both days from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.

The Meet Michigan event happens this Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Westborn Market is located at 27659 Woodward Avenue in Berkley.
