Folks will be making bacon (pardon us for conjuring up any images of the "humorous" vintage T-shirt of two pigs getting it on) at the Chicago Bacon Takedown. Sample what 20 cooks can do with 15 pounds of bacon each. Last year's recipes featured hot chocolate with bacon marshmallows, bacon toffee lollipops and barbecue bacon chestnuts.
