Allegra Brands is seeking high-performing, energetic, smart, and aggressive sales professionals to join its account management team. The Inside Sales Executive maintains and expands a geography-based client base and is responsible for its continued growth through business development, client service, and new client solicitation. This is primarily an office-based sales executive position while periodically going into the field across the country to visit with clients & attend conferences.

Exceeding quota and achieving client results.
Demonstrating superior verbal, written and phone-based communication skills.
Identifying larger opportunities within the client base.
Identifying creative additional product & service recommendations.
Performing significant daily outbound calling.
Calling on independently owned retail stores, as well as larger retail store chains and college bookstores.
Flexibility to move outside the job description.
Allegra Brands is seeking professionals with the following attributes & skills:
Degree from a 4-year college with proven academic success preferred.
Motivated by commissions & exceeding quota.
Confident, dynamic individuals who are highly skilled in their proven sales approach.
2-5 years sales experience preferred, ideally in the healthcare or medical uniform industry.
Energetic, articulate, flexible, and aggressive.
Superior interpersonal & phone skills.
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
Proven ability to make 40-80 cold calls daily as needed.
Strong computer skills, including sales software, and basic Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
An energetic, positive attitude.
Work experience in small companies, where the pace is fast, things change quickly, and every day is different with new challenges & triumphs.
Desire to join an established & rapidly-growing entrepreneurial company in the healthcare industry.
