Interview: Britney Spears and ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ finalists

FOX Chicago News' Tisha Lewis hit the red carpet for the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party celebrating the launch of FOX's new season.
Starting Wednesday, Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and new judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato take the stage for the season premiere of the "X Factor."
FOX Chicago caught up exclusively with Britney Spears in Hollywood.
In the interview, Britney described herself as a "happy, honest judge" on "X Factor." "What does that mean?" co-star Simon Cowell quickly quipped. "That's what it means! It means I'm happy and I'm honest!" exclaimed Spears.
Also on FOX, a new head chef was revealed on the "Hell's Kitchen" finale Monday night. Christina Wilson walks away with the title of head chef after a long journey stuffed with intensity and botched recipes.
"It's 'Hell's Kitchen.' It's intense," Justin answered. "There's no way around that. Not knowing what you're getting into that day, what Chef Ramsey is going to throw at you, the energy level is very high."
Christina and the runner-up Justin had plenty to say about Chicago and our love affair with food.
"I had some of the best latin food I've ever had in Chicago," said winner Christina Wilson.
"You've got big names out there. You've got Graham out there, Trotter's out there, you've got Alinea," Justin commented. "You have some really top notch restaurants and a lot of people don't know that when they get to Chicago."
