JOLIET, Ill. (FOX 32 News) -

In the Christopher Vaughn murder trial, a pathologist testified about the kinds of medication that his wife Kimberly Vaughn was taking before she died.

Christopher Vaughn is accused of murdering his wife and three kids. They were shot to death while still strapped into the family van. He maintains she was suicidal and she did it.

The pathologist testified that Kimberly Vaughn was taking migraine pills and anti-anxiety medication. Both those prescriptions can give patients suicidal thoughts.

But the pathologist noted that there was no sign Vaughn's wife was feeling depressed.
