Position Description:
Duties will include the following: Candidate will be responsible for ACM,
LCP/LBP, Mold, and other Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) project management. Primary
responsibility will be field and management support of inspection and abatement
projects in their locality and surrounding areas. Candidate will manage both
Real Estate and Telecom projects. Projects in driving distance may be
self-performed including coordination, field investigation, sampling and
reporting. Candidate will also manage subcontractors performing projects in all
regions and states including coordination, support and reporting. Projects will
include Real Estate and Telecom ACM-LCP, Abatement, ACM Sampling, LCP Sampling,
HUD LBP XRF Testing, Mold Eval and Other various IAQ projects. Additional
duties include researching/networking for viable subcontractors for competitive
pricing in existing and new markets, preparing proposals for all the
above-referenced project opportunities with existing and new clients; researching
and pursuing local and State government inspection and abatement contracts.
Education & Experience requirements: Four year college degree + 5 years
experience in related environmental/industrial hygiene field or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Registration requirements: EPA Asbestos Inspector Accreditation, State Asbestos
Inspector License, and NYC Asbestos Investigator License a plus. Additional
Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Accreditations a Plus
