A man robbed a pharmacy of Oxycodone Sunday night in northwest suburban Crystal Lake.
The man entered the CVS Pharmacy, located at 1305 Randall Road, about 10:38 p.m. and gave a note to the pharmacist demanding Oxycodone, a strong narcotic pain-reliever, according to a release from Crystal Lake police. He also displayed a black semi-automatic handgun.
The suspect took the Oxycodone and then fled in a silver or gray two-door Toyota or Mazda with a rear deck spoiler, the release said. The vehicle was last seen traveling south on Randall Road.
The suspect is described as a white man with a stocky build, in his late 20s, 6-feet with red facial hair and a goatee, the release said. He spoke with a foreign accent that was possibly European.
He was last seen wearing a ball cap, dark colored sunglasses, dark hooded sweatshirt, baggy jeans and a black colored T-shirt, the release said.
