Webb Chevrolet - We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals to join a growing and successful automotive group that is seeking full-time and part-time Internet Sales Specialist/ Customer Service Representatives to work in the Business Development Center handling incoming phone calls and contacting our existing customer base by phone, mail, and e-mail to maintain and increase customer loyalty and sales volume.

Job Duties Include:
-- Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
-- Log all customer comments into CRM Solution. -- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
-- Contact customers using scripts in CRM Solution to schedule appointment for Sales and Service.
-- Confirm scheduled appointments.
-- Post Scheduled appointments into CRM application.
-- Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
--Follow up with sales department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
-- Schedule future contact as needed.
-- Purify and update customer changes in database.
-- Generate letters, postcards, and e-mails according to pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
-- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
-- Respond to customer website requests.
-- Contact Internet Customers via e-mail and phone to schedule a sales appointment.
-- Follow up on Internet Customer e-mails according to a pre-determined timeline. -- Print Customer worksheet and notes for customer appointments.
-- Track number of showed and sold appointments
-- Forward any customer concerns to correct Departmental Manager and follow up. -- Maintain and update social media website(s) assigned to you.
