Umpire ejects Daytona Cubs organist during game

Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

An umpire ejected the organ player at a minor league baseball game Thursday night.

An intern from the University of Illinois working for the Daytona Cubs played a rendition of "Three Blind Mice" over the public address system.

It happened after the Cubs' manager came out of the dugout to argue a close play.

Everyone thought it was the manager who was being ejected, but then they realized it was the organ player.

The Daytona Cubs are an affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.
