Grocery shoppers will soon see a new buy Illinois logo when they go to the supermarket.
The Illinois Department of Agriculture is launching a Buy Illinois Challenge, asking everyone in the state to buy just $10 a week in farm products grown or packaged in Illinois.
They say they would generate $2.4 billion in new economic activity here.
Consumers will be able to find Illinois products by looking for a logo that will be placed on all items that qualify.
