CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A man is in custody in connection with a fire that killed a young mother in Lombard this weekend.

Paula Rae Morgan, 24, died early Sunday after a fire broke out in her home in the 1000 block of South Ahrens Avenue.

She was living there with her 6-year-old son.

Lombard's fire chief says the fire was suspicious but hasn't said how it was set.

Police haven't released any details about the man they have in custody in connection to the blaze, but say he hasn't been charged.
