On Wednesday, Aimee was fitted with sockets for the prosthetics that will eventually replace the hands, leg, and foot she lost to flesh-eating bacteria. She contracted the bacteria after cutting her calf in a zip lining accident on May 1.
Aimee's family came to the FOX 5 studios on Wednesday, where we shared with the them the hundreds of well-wishes posted by visitors to our website.
