The family of the late Ron Santo, a Cubs' fan favorite, is looking forward to a bittersweet ceremony.

Santo will be inducted into baseball's Hall of Fame, during the Hall of Fame weekend, July 20-23 in Cooperstown.

Last December, a camera in the Santo home captured the emotional moment that Ron's wife of 28 years, Vicki, got the Hall of Fame call.

Vicki has written the Hall of Fame acceptance speech she'll give on behalf of her late husband.

Ron Santo Junior was often by his dad's side, helping out during countless public appearances, and he's looking forward to the induction ceremony.

After Ron Santo's death in December of 2010, the outpouring of emotion was overwhelming to his family.

And now, after all the public tributes, comes his induction into the Hall of Fame after he's gone.
