Two men attempted to sexually assault a woman before her screams brought help early Thursday bin the Lakeview neighborhood on the North Side.
The men attacked the woman in the 800 block of West Waveland Avenue and attempted to sexually assault her, but fled when neighbors were alerted by her screams, according to Town Hall District police.
One suspect is described as a 20- to 23-year-old black man with dark hair and a dark complexion, the alert said. He is about 5-foot-10 and 150 pounds. The second man is only described as a 23- to 25-year-old black man.
