CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A 15-year-old girl visiting Chicago from California, who had not been seen since Tuesday afternoon, has been reunited with her family.

The girl, Juliana Homer, 15, who is currently treated for attention deficit/hyper disorder, expresses auditory processing difficulty and takes Adderall and Abilify to treat her conditions, police said.

According to a missing person alert from Chicago police, Juliana is Hispanic with a medium complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5-feet-4-inches tall and 105 pounds. She has several piercings in her ears, and wears her long hair in a ponytail.

When last heard from Tuesday about 5:30 p.m., she stated that she was walking to Water Tower downtown, the alert said. She may be as far north as the Montrose Avenue dog beach, a spot which she has visited and enjoyed greatly, police said.

When she was last seen she was wearing an aqua blue tank top, blue jean shorts, black sandals, and carrying a large brown leather purse.
