Brennan used two-ply Charmin bath tissue to create her flowing gown. "I wanted to play with texture and make it look like fabric," said Brennan, who won the contest for the second year in a row.
Last year, she used four rolls of toilet paper, packing tape and a hot glue gun to create the perfect bride-on-a-budget wedding gown.
Brennan, who studied textile design at Michigan State University, says she first heard about the contest after reading about it on myFOXDetroit.com.
For her efforts this year, she was awarded $2,012 in prize money.
