McCoy is white with a light complexion and strawberry blonde hair, about 5-foot-6 and 140 pounds, the alert said. She has multiple tattoos, including "Hector" on her stomach; "Trouble" on her right hip; and "Real Recognize Real" on her back.

She is thought to frequent the area of 5400 S. Ashland Avenue, according to the alert.
