Former TSA agent awarded 300K in reverse-discrimination lawsuit

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
A Cook County jury has awarded $300,000 to a former TSA agent, in a reverse-discrimination case.
Norman Lupescu is white, his former supervisors are African American.
Lupescu says he joined the TSA after 9-11 out of sense of duty. He worked at Midway Airport.
The Vietnam vet testified he was written up for things he didn't do, and eventually fired, while others were allowed to get away with breaches of security.
The Transportation Security Administration released a brief statement about the verdict, it says "TSA is reviewing the decision and considering the next steps. It would be inappropriate to comment before the legal process is completed."
