Former Cook County Deputy Chief of Staff facing felony public corruption charges

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A member of former Cook County President Todd Stroger's administration is scheduled to be back in court Monday.

Carla Oglesby is facing felony public corruption charges for allegedly steering $300,000 worth of government contracts to herself and her friends.

She is currently free on bail.

Oglesby was Tood Stroger's Deputy Chief of Staff.
