Could you afford to buy a car only to have it sit? Not many people could, but that's exactly what at least a dozen families are going through right now. The owners can't seem to get their hands on their car titles, and for many, their patience has run out.
The families have found themselves caught up in a bankruptcy case where their car titles are being held hostage. FOX 5 I-Team reporter Dana Fowle explains.
