Weekend jam-packed with Chicago festivals

Chicago is jam-packed with festivals and fairs this weekend. With the extreme temperatures expected to carry out though the weekend, Chicago police headquarters and fire department stations are offering up their facilities as a heat-refuge for festival goers.
