Convincing Cops to Move to Detroit

They patrol the city's streets putting their lives on the line, but many Detroit cops don't live in the city. It's not required by law.

However, a major announcement is coming from the mayor's office. It's a plan to convince more of Detroit's finest to find a home in the Motor City.
