Michelle Obama says she'd switch places with Beyonce

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Friday's Talker is about something we've probably all daydreamed about once or twice.

It's based on a question that first lady Michelle Obama was asked in a recent interview. People Magazine asked her -- if you could switch places with anyone in the world, who would you want to be?

The First Lady's answer? Beyonce.

That may not need any explanation, but here's what she said: "If I had some gift, I'd be Beyoncé. I'd be some great singer. The power of music, being able to play an instrument. It looks like musicians just have the most fun."

Turns out, The First Lady and Beyonce admire each other.

Online last month, Beyonce posted an open letter to Michelle Obama, complimenting her for being a strong role model.

The thought of stepping into someone else's life captures the imagination. So we decided to ask the people of Chicago the same question: Who would you want to be if you could trade places with someone?

Check out what we heard along Michigan Ave in the video above.
