Chicago police supervisors may have been targeted online

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Chicago police are investigating whether some of its supervisors whose names were mentioned in news reports for the NATO summit had been targeted online.

The wife of a high-ranking police supervisor received a phone call Monday, saying that her husband had been shot to death. The caller then threatened the woman's life.

The names of supervisors - including their star numbers - had appeared in tweets during the NATO summit.
