
High pressure has shifted east Sunday ushering in more heat and humidity with highs in the 90s and the Heat Index or feels like between 95 and 100. We are also under the slight risk of severe weather this evening as a cold front approaches. Hail and wind are the main threat with intense lightning with a chance of storms in the late afternoon and evening. Behind that front cooler air arrives Monday with highs only in the 60s. By Tuesday sunshine returns and by Thursday we are back in the 80s with a chance of isolated storms over the holiday weekend.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny, hot and humid with a chance of storms in the evening and overnight Highs near 93 with lows near 66.
MONDAY: Cloudy with morning rain showers possible and some clearing by evening. The bigger story is a 25 degree drop in temperatures with highs near 66 and lows near 48.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny with highs near 70 and lows near 50.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and windy with highs near 78 and lows near 59.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny and windy with a chance of afternoon storms. Highs near 85 and lows near 63.
FRIDAY: Partly sunny with a chance of afternoon storms. Highs near 87 and lows near 65.
SATURDAY: Partly sunny. Highs near 89 and lows near 64.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny with a chance of isolated afternoon storms. Highs near 90 and lows near 66.
MONDAY (Memorial Day): Partly sunny and warm with chance of isolated storms in the evening. Highs near 87 and lows near 60.
