Summary
Manages the content on the Car-X website through the CMS, ensuring that the site is accurate, current and well written. Responsibilities/Essential Duties
Responsible for managing content on website, ensuring site is accurate, up-to-date and incorporates current messages, logos and communication tactics.
Applies the social media policy, standards, and guidelines about how the organization will interact with on-line communities.
Work with Interactive Team to create materials for various applications such as Facebook, Google +, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. as required.
Coordinate with local agencies on all technical issues regarding email collections, on-line registrations, contest fulfillments and email marketing.
Proactively implement successful and imaginative online marketing strategies including simple online store managements, online marketing initiatives, public relations projects and e-newsletters, while collaborating with Marketing staff.
Create and design a range of high-quality graphics elements in various formats for web, email, print newsletters, etc.
Participate in the development, creation and execution of advertising, marketing and promotional efforts.
Continuously enhance the Car-X brand image as technology and competition dictate changes and opportunities.
Create and maintain marketing/event calendar.
Coordinate marketing/promotional information with franchisees.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Strong HTML and CSS skills
Thorough understanding of content Management System administration
BBNC experience helpful
Knowledge of Blackbaud
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Flash, Acrobat, Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop
Excellent written communication skills and strong editing and proofreading skills
Strong project management skills
Position requires work samples for print design and web-ready design elements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
3+ years Marketing experience
Excellent time management and project management skills
Ability to write for range of audiences and outlets (internal and external)
Team player
