Medical Consultants Network (MCN) is currently looking for a full-time, computer savvy and customer service oriented Medical Records Coordinator to work in our Naperville office.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the records/charts are sent out for scheduled appointments. - Copy/pick up/drop off records at doctor/client offices as needed. - Back up operations in front office. - Scanning in medical records to make them electronic files. - Sorting records and putting them in chronological order for the doctors.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Proven customer service skills - One year experience in an administrative role - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Health Sciences or a related field
