Teen boy found drifting down Chicago river

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A Chicago teenager was rescued after an adventure on the Chicago River Tuesday night.

The boy was standing on a pier near 32nd Place, when the pier broke free and started floating down the river. It drifted about 50 yards.

Firefighters and a Chicago police boat responded and rescued the boy. He wasn't hurt.
