Celebrate Cinco De Mayo at Bridgeport's Pancho Pistolas

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
Pancho Pistolas co-owner Jesse Garcia joined Good Day Chicago's Breakfast Club from the Bridgeport neighborhood, to get viewers in the mood for Cinco De Mayo with some Mexican cuisine and maybe a margarita or two.
Garcia spoke on how he and his two brothers took their mother's recipe and decided to open up a restaurant. He shared how to make a Pancho Pistolas' specialty, the Pancho Grande. That's a 17 inch burrito!
Garcia said the Carne Asada is also very popular. The restaurant goes through 2,000 lbs. of skirt steak a week to make the dish for each customer.
